Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
1. What this covers
This policy covers payments for Stage2Stocks Pro. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay.
2. How Pro is billed
Pro is a subscription at $19 a month that renews automatically. You pay when you subscribe, and again at the start of each new month, until you cancel. A subscription can run for up to 10 years, the longest our payment processor allows; after that you would simply subscribe again.
If you already have Pro when you pay again, the new month starts when your current one ends, so you never lose days you have paid for.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing in your account. It takes effect straight away: no further payments are taken. You keep Pro until the end of the month you have already paid for; it is not cut short, and it does not renew again.
4. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable. When you pay for a month, you get Pro for that whole month, so we do not refund a month once it has been paid for, including a partly used one, and we do not refund unused time after you cancel.
If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged because of a technical error on our side, write to us at hello@stage2stocks.com within 30 days and we will refund the extra charge.
Any refund goes back to the original payment method; banks usually take 5–7 business days to show it. A refunded payment ends Pro straight away.
5. If a renewal payment fails
If a renewal payment does not go through, Razorpay tries again over the following days, and Pro stays on for up to 7 days while it does. If the payment still cannot be taken, the subscription stops and Pro ends — at the latest when those 7 days are up. Nothing further is charged.
6. Price changes
If our prices change, the new prices apply to new purchases. A subscription keeps renewing at the price you signed up for; if that ever has to change, we will email you well in advance, and you can cancel before it does.
7. Receipts
We email a receipt for every payment, and every receipt is also in Plan & billing. Receipts are payment receipts, not tax invoices.
8. Questions
If something about a payment looks wrong, please write to us at hello@stage2stocks.com before disputing the charge with your card issuer. It is usually the quickest way to sort it out.
